SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping — 3 to 8 business days — free on every order, with no minimum spend.
DHL Express — 2 to 5 business days — £5.00.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery times are in business days and don't include weekends or public holidays.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. UK VAT is already accounted for and there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated window, email support@samillystore.com with your order number. We'll track it and come back to you. If it can't be found, we'll refund you in full or send a replacement — your choice.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email support@samillystore.com within 30 days with your order number and we'll put it right — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Changed your mind? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item. No reason needed. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, return postage is yours to pay, and we'll refund the full price within 14 days of receiving it.
We can't accept returns on items that have been used or assembled, personalised items, or items damaged after delivery.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected: goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
