HOW WE WORK
We're a couple, and we run this shop together. No warehouse, no team — we choose every product, write every description and handle every order ourselves.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden charges, and nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
When you place an order you'll get an automatic confirmation email. That email confirms we've received your order, not that we've accepted it. The contract between us starts when we dispatch your items and send you a tracking number.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We write our own product descriptions and check them against what the manufacturer tells us. Where a product comes in different versions, we say so and point you to the product images for the exact configuration.
Colours can look different on different screens, and small details vary between production batches. If what you receive doesn't match what was described, that's a fault — tell us and we'll sort it out.
Every product page carries the recommended age and any safety warnings that apply. Please read them before buying, particularly for younger children.
PAYMENT & SUPPORT
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment provider.
Every order is confirmed by email, with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
